Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern purchases made from retail stores operated by Savr Technology Services Private Limited(“Savr”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By purchasing products from our stores, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.About Savr

Savr Technology Services Private Limited operates retail stores offering food, beverages, personal care products, household products, health & wellness products, and other consumer goods, including surplus, overstock, promotional, discontinued, short-dated, or limited-availability products.

Our product assortment changes frequently based on availability and sourcing.

2.Product Availability

• Products are sold strictly subject to availability.
• Product assortment, pricing, and promotions may vary across stores.
• We do not guarantee continued availability of any particular product or brand.
• We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products sold to any customer, refuse bulk purchases, or decline transactions that we reasonably believe are intended for resale or other commercial purposes.
• Certain products may be subject to purchase limits at the sole discretion of Savr.

3.Purchase for Personal Use

Products purchased from Savr are intended for the purchaser's personal consumption or use.

Unless expressly authorised in writing by Savr Technology Services Private Limited, products purchased from our stores shall not be purchased for resale, commercial redistribution, or any other commercial exploitation.

Savr reserves the right to:

• limit quantities sold to any customer;
• refuse or cancel a sale where it reasonably believes that products are being purchased for resale or commercial distribution; and
• restrict future purchases where misuse of this policy is identified.

This clause does not apply to parties expressly authorised in writing by Savr.

4.Pricing

• All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• While every effort is made to ensure pricing accuracy, inadvertent errors may occur. Savr reserves the right to correct pricing errors before completion of a sale where permitted under applicable law.
• Promotional prices and offers are valid only for the specified period or while stocks last.

5.Customer Responsibility Before Purchase

Customers are responsible for carefully inspecting products before completing their purchase, including but not limited to:

• Manufacturing date
• Expiry date or Best Before date
• Packaging condition
• Product quantity and variant
• Ingredients and allergen information
• Product specifications
• Suitability for their intended use

Products sold by Savr may have varying remaining shelf life at the time of purchase. Customers acknowledge that they have independently reviewed the product details and are satisfied with the condition, quality, and remaining shelf life before completing the purchase.

Completion of payment shall constitute acceptance of the product in its existing condition.

6.No Return, Exchange or Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Products purchased from Savr are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, except where:

• an incorrect product has been billed or handed over by Savr;
• replacement or refund is required under applicable law; or
• the product is otherwise eligible for replacement under mandatory consumer protection provisions.

Customers are requested to verify all purchased items before leaving the store.

7.Damaged or Defective Products

If a customer believes a product has a manufacturing defect, they may contact the manufacturer directly, where applicable.

Where required under applicable law, Savr may assist customers in facilitating communication with the manufacturer.

Nothing contained in these Terms limits or excludes any statutory rights available under applicable consumer protection laws.

8.Billing

Customers are requested to verify:

• Products purchased
• Quantities
• Prices
• Discounts applied
• Billing details

before leaving the billing counter.

Any billing discrepancies should be brought to the attention of store staff immediately.

9.Payment

Savr accepts payment through cash, UPI, debit cards, credit cards, and other payment methods made available at the respective store.

All electronic payment transactions are subject to approval by the relevant payment service providers.

10.Promotions and Offers

Promotional offers, discounts, and campaigns may be subject to separate terms and conditions.

Savr reserves the right to modify, suspend, withdraw, or discontinue any promotion without prior notice, unless otherwise required by law.

Offers cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

11.Product Information

Product descriptions, ingredients, nutritional information, usage instructions, certifications, and other product-related information are provided by the respective manufacturers.

Savr does not independently verify such information and shall not be responsible for inaccuracies or omissions attributable to manufacturers.

Customers with allergies, dietary restrictions, or other specific requirements should carefully review product labels before purchase.

12.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Savr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the purchase or use of products purchased from its stores.
• Savr's aggregate liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the relevant product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

13.Store Conduct

Savr reserves the right to refuse service or request any person to leave the store premises in cases involving:

• abusive or threatening behaviour;
• theft or attempted theft;
• damage to property;
• fraudulent activity;
• misuse of products or promotions; or
• conduct that compromises the safety or comfort of customers or employees.

14.Intellectual Property

The Savr name, logo, trademarks, branding, store layouts, promotional materials, and all associated intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Savr Technology Services Private Limited.

No person may copy, reproduce, distribute, or use such intellectual property without prior written permission from Savr.

15.Privacy

Any customer information collected during billing, customer support interactions, or loyalty programmes (if applicable) shall be handled in accordance with applicable laws relating to data protection and privacy.

16.Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

17.Amendments

Savr may revise these Terms from time to time.

The latest version shall be made available at our stores and/or through our official communication channels, where applicable.

Continued purchases from Savr after such revisions shall constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
